Pragmatic Play: Games, Features & Research Notes

Last verified: 2026-10-03 · Editor: SweepsDuke

Pragmatic Play announced an exit from the sweepstakes market after a lawsuit filed by the LA City Attorney against Stake.us and game providers. Operators confirmed the games would come off. A second profile says the studio left all US sweepstakes casinos and keeps its notes only as history. We treat that exit as the current fact. The lobby counts and the casino names below are the sizes we had on file before the games were pulled. Open the provider filter before you plan a Sweeps Coins session around Gates of Olympus or any other tile in this guide. If the filter is empty, it is empty. We will not send you to a dead studio.

The company itself is still a large supplier outside that decision. Headquarters are Gibraltar. It was established in 2017. The license line is the UK Gambling Commission, the Malta Gaming Authority, Gibraltar, and 38 other jurisdictions. The catalog is 600+ games: slots, virtual and live poker, blackjack, roulette, Mega Wheel, bingo, and the rest of a full casino shelf. Gaming Labs is the testing name we can attach. US real-money casinos were already a thin market for this studio before the sweeps exit. The sweeps shelves were the wide ones, and those are the shelves that were shut.

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins only matter here if a lobby still has a leftover tile. A 5,000x line on Gates of Olympus does not change a redemption floor, and it does not put the game back in a casino that removed it.

Counts we will not treat as live

These were the Pragmatic counts on file:

Casino Games then
Stake.us 584
PlayFame 464
WOW Vegas 450
Pulsz 350
McLuck 348
Hello Millions 331

The short list of "best" casinos also named McLuck, Pulsz, Stake.us, WOW Vegas, and PlayFame. Crown Coins shows up on two of the game notes and is not in that count table. None of these numbers are a promise for today. A 584-game Stake.us filter and a zero-game filter cannot both be current after an announced exit. Look at the live site.

What those lobbies used to carry, as categories: Megaways slots, Hold and Win jackpots, standard jackpots, Drops and Wins (a daily prize drop), bingo, and live casino games. Drops and Wins was a network promo. If the studio is gone, the promo is gone with it. We do not have a replacement calendar.

State availability was described as roughly 35 states when the games were live. That cutoff belonged to the casinos. It does not survive a studio exit.

Sheets we can still quote

Every titled game below is marked 5/5 volatility. The assessment says popular Pragmatic slots sit at 5/5, and that the studio's RTP tends to be 96.5% or higher on average, inside an online industry span of about 92% to 97%. The individual sheets we have are often under that 96.5% average. We print the game figures, not the average, when both exist.

Gates of Olympus

RTP 96.50%. Volatility 5/5. Cascading wins. Multiplier orbs up to 500x. Four scatters award 15 free spins. In the bonus, the win multiplier climbs with each win and does not reset until the bonus ends. Max win is 5,000x stake. Gates of Olympus 1000 keeps the same structure and raises the multiplier ceiling from 500x to 1,000x.

The casinos named when the games were up: McLuck, Stake.us, and PlayFame. We open this sheet, on a leftover tile or a non-sweeps build, when the question is the tumbling multiplier that sticks for the whole bonus. We do not open it on Sweeps Coins in a lobby that has already pulled Pragmatic. If one tile remains, read the paytable. A 1000 version is a different cap on the orb.

Cleocatra

RTP 96.20%. Volatility 5/5. Forty paylines. The sticky wild is also a win multiplier and can stack. The Cleocatra symbol is the top pay. Free spins can retrigger. Max win is 5,000x. Named then at Stake.us and Hello Millions.

We would use Cleocatra when a player wants a 40-line game and a wild that multiplies, rather than a cluster tumble. 96.20% is under Gates of Olympus at 96.50%. The caps match at 5,000x. The path to the cap does not.

Big Bass Secrets of the Golden Lake

RTP 96.07%. Volatility 5/5. Part of the Big Bass series, which has more than a dozen versions. The top regular symbol pays 200x for five of a kind. Money symbols carry random values from 2x to 5,000x. Golden Lake free spins replace the usual symbols with money symbols only. The series was named at Pulsz and WOW Vegas.

The 5,000x on a money symbol and the 200x on a regular symbol are easy to swap in conversation. They are not the same hit. If a Big Bass tile is still in a lobby, confirm it is Secrets of the Golden Lake before you quote the Golden Lake free-spin rule. Other entries in the series do not all use that empty-reel bonus.

The Dog House: Dog or Alive

RTP 96.08%. Volatility 5/5. Free spins can award a random count. Multipliers stay in place with each win during the feature. Named then at Crown Coins, Stake.us, and McLuck.

No max win is in the note we kept. We will not borrow 5,000x from Gates of Olympus. The sticky multiplier on wins is the mechanic. See it on a demo or on Gold Coins if a tile is still up. Do not buy a package to reach a studio that has left.

Fire Stampede Connect & Collect

RTP 96.00%. Volatility 5/5. 1,875 ways, so three matching symbols on consecutive reels. Three jackpots, stacked buffalo symbols, and Connect & Collect. Four special symbols in the bonus can boost matching symbols. Named then at Crown Coins.

96.00% is the bottom of this shortlist and still inside a normal online slot band. It is not the "96.5% or higher" average from the assessment. We would not pick Fire Stampede for the return. We would pick it for the ways count and the three jackpots, and only if the game is actually on screen.

Candy Blitz Bombs

RTP 96.49%. Volatility 5/5. A candy tumble in the Sweet Bonanza 1000 family. Bomb multipliers up to 500x. A side reel carries a rising win multiplier. Each tumble win adds 1x to that aggregate. The grid is 6x5.

This is the closest RTP in the shortlist to the 96.5% average, one hundredth under it. The tumble-adds-1x rule is the piece to learn before raising a stake. It is not the same as Gates of Olympus, where the multiplier climbs and waits until the bonus ends. If both tiles were in a lobby, they would still be different machines.

Zeus vs Hades: Gods of War

RTP 96.07%. Volatility 5/5 on the label, with a mode switch: Olympus is high, Hades is very high, and you can change mode. Multiplier wild giants land and stay for the rest of the free spins.

We would open this only after the player has picked a mode on purpose. Very high is not a cosmetic skin. No max win is printed in the note we kept. No casino is pinned to this title in that note either.

What the shelf was like

Megaways releases were a steady part of the program. Power of Merlin Megaways is the example we can name. Hold and Win and standard jackpots sat beside them. Live tables and bingo meant the provider was not slots-only, which matters if a leftover lobby still has a Mega Wheel or a blackjack table under the same name. Check the category. A slot exit and a live-table exit can, in theory, move on different days. We have a statement that the games, plural, would no longer be available. We still want you to look, not to assume a roulette wheel survived.

The visual style is called predictable: you can spot a Pragmatic tile before you read the name. Medium-volatility games are the gap. The popular sheets are 5/5. Players who want a balanced hit rate were already poorly served, and the sweeps exit does not create a medium-volatility Pragmatic shelf somewhere else in this guide.

Peaky Blinders is the licensed show we can name. We do not have its RTP or cap.

How a Sweeps Coins session should treat this studio

Do not buy Gold Coins to reach Pragmatic Play. Confirm the filter first. If the games are gone, stop. Other studios in this series still have Hold and Win, tumbling multipliers, and fishing slots. We are not going to invent a replacement list in this file.

If a tile is still live, treat it as a leftover. Read the paytable against the RTPs above. Start on Gold Coins. Set a small stake. Assume 5/5 volatility. Assume a site may cap a 5,000x studio line. Decide nothing about a bonus buy until you see the button, because this guide does not have buy prices for these seven games.

Drops and Wins, if it still appears, is a promo with its own rules. A daily drop is not the slot's RTP.

Licenses and fairness

UK, Malta, Gibraltar, and 38 other jurisdictions are the licenses. Gaming Labs is the testing seal we can name. Those facts are about the supplier. They do not keep a sweeps casino's Pragmatic folder stocked after the studio said it was leaving, and they do not override a state block.

If a paytable disagrees with 96.50%, 96.49%, 96.20%, 96.08%, 96.07%, or 96.00%, trust the paytable. The "96.5% or higher on average" line can coexist with a 96.00% Fire Stampede. Averages hide the tile you loaded.

Sweepstakes play still has to offer a no-purchase path on the casinos that remain. Responsible gaming tools live in the account menu.

Who should bother with Pragmatic Play, and who should skip

Skip the studio for a new Sweeps Coins session unless the filter still shows the games. If it does, Gates of Olympus is the sheet with the 96.50% RTP, the 5,000x cap, and the bonus multiplier that does not reset. Candy Blitz Bombs is the one at 96.49% with a tumble that adds 1x. Both are 5/5. Both may vanish if the removal was incomplete on the day you looked.

Do not skip reading the filter and then buy coins anyway. The counts in this guide are a record of what was loaded, not a map of what is live. If your state was already outside the old ~35-state footprint, you were not going to see the games even before the exit.

Questions, answered

Pragmatic Play Provider FAQ

Can I still play Pragmatic slots at a US sweepstakes casino?

The studio announced an exit from the whole sweepstakes market, and operators confirmed the games would be removed. A second profile says they have left. Check the live filter. Do not trust the old counts (Stake.us 584, PlayFame 464, WOW Vegas 450, Pulsz 350, McLuck 348, Hello Millions 331).

Why did they leave?

The announcement followed a lawsuit by the LA City Attorney against Stake.us and game providers. That is the cause we can attach. We do not have the court outcome in these notes.

What is the highest RTP in the shortlist?

Gates of Olympus at 96.50%, then Candy Blitz Bombs at 96.49%. Cleocatra is 96.20%. The Dog House: Dog or Alive is 96.08%. Big Bass Secrets of the Golden Lake and Zeus vs Hades are 96.07%. Fire Stampede is 96.00%. An assessment line says the studio average tends to be 96.5% or higher. These tiles are the proof you should read the game, not the average.

What max wins can we cite?

Gates of Olympus and Cleocatra at 5,000x. Gates of Olympus 1000 raises the orb multiplier cap from 500x to 1,000x. Big Bass money symbols run from 2x to 5,000x, and five of the top regular symbol pay 200x. The Dog House: Dog or Alive, Fire Stampede, Candy Blitz Bombs, and Zeus vs Hades do not publish a max win in the notes we kept.

Are the games only slots?

No. The type list includes live and virtual table games, Mega Wheel, and bingo. The sweeps exit was described for the games, not for slots alone.

Is the studio unlicensed?

No. The license list is long. The sweeps exit is a distribution decision, not a missing Gibraltar filing.
