Your first Gold Coin pack gets a 200% boost. Other review sites disagree on the cap. One says up to 600 SC. Another says up to 100,000 GC + 1,000 SC in bonus coins, for 200,000 GC + 2,000 SC in total on the biggest pack. A reported example is $9.99 for 3,000 GC + 30 SC. Check the store before paying, since the boost SC may be promo SC with their own playthrough.
One review site also listed later-purchase boosts: 100% on the second purchase (up to 2,500 SC), 125% on the third (up to 1,500 SC), 150% on the fourth (up to 1,000 SC) and 100% on the fifth (up to 5,000 SC). We couldn't match these in a second source.
Standard packs
Standard packs pay 1 SC per dollar, from $9.99 (1,000 GC + 10 SC) up to $999.99 (100,000 GC + 1,000 SC), and there's a custom amount builder. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Ongoing value
Other review sites disagree about a daily bonus. One describes daily login rewards, level-up gifts and a purchase streak. Another found no daily bonus at all. The Casinio minimum redemption is 100 redeemable SC, or $100, for both ACH bank transfers and gift cards. Plenty of rivals let you take gift cards from 10 to 50 SC, so 100 SC is high. Casinio says payouts take two to 14 business days depending on the method. Any fees show up before you confirm.
Limits are $2,000 a day, $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month. Florida caps any single play at $5,000. Once your prizes reach $2,000 in a calendar year, Casinio asks for an SSN or ITIN and issues a 1099-MISC.
We haven't seen a verified Casinio payout yet. Early Trustpilot reviews are few and split. One complaint on a dispute board says promo SC from a $999.99 pack were removed after a three-day deadline. Treat that as one unresolved case, not proof of a pattern.

How Casinio works (GC and SC)
Gold Coins have no cash value and are for fun play. Sweeps Coins come free with Gold Coin packs, through promos or by mail, and turn into prizes at 1 SC to $1. Casinio's rules credit every SC as "Unplayed." You play it through once to make it redeemable. Promo SC bundled with a specific pack are the exception. They can carry up to a 20x requirement, shown before you buy, and can't be used on a long list of restricted games.

One found 24/7 chat with human agents, and another said chat was limited to VIP players. Email replies took more than 24 hours in at least one test, and one review site said the phone line wasn't set up. Support is offered in English and Spanish. US state availability
Casinio's Sweepstakes Rules (v2.3, updated October 16, 2026) exclude these 15 states:
California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Washington.
One review site's list leaves out Oklahoma, but the current rules include it, ahead of the state ban that starts November 1, 2026. Delaware, Mississippi, Utah and West Virginia aren't on the list, although West Virginia players lose card and dice games entirely. Florida, Georgia and Hawaii lose card and dice games in SC play.
