UTech Solutions LLC

The Terms of Use for both brands (version 2.0 on each site) form an agreement with "UTech Solutions LLC, address: 571 S Washington, Afton, Wyoming 83110, USA". Both say Wyoming law governs, and both use the same section numbering and wording, which suggests one legal template for the two sites.

The Jackpot Rabbit footer adds that the platform "is owned and operated by UTech Solutions LLC, incorporated and registered at 571 S Washington, Afton, Wyoming 83110". It gives a correspondence address of #92769, 5830 East 2nd St, PMB 92769, Casper, WY 82609, and points to a UTech Solutions company website, which we did not open and would not link. The Mr.Goodwin footer we saw carries only a copyright line, so the operator name for that brand comes from its terms.

We did not find directors, an incorporation date or a Wyoming filing number on the pages we opened. This page will add them when we can check the Wyoming Secretary of State record.

• Both sets of terms name UTech Solutions LLC at the same Afton address.
• The Jackpot Rabbit footer repeats the name and gives a Casper correspondence address.
• Illinois sent its February 2026 Jackpot Rabbit letter to 3597 E Monarch Sky Lane, Suite 240, PMB #2940, Meridian, Idaho 83646, by email to the Jackpot Rabbit support address [1]. That is a third address, in a different state, and the terms do not mention it.

• Mr.Goodwin scores 7.9/10 in our review. Our review says it launched in late 2025 and is 21+. The welcome offer is a Gold Coin package plus 1 to 2 Sweeps Coins after signup and verification steps, and our review notes the sources it checked give different Gold Coin amounts. The minimum redemption is about 25 SC for gift cards and about 100 SC for cash.
• Jackpot Rabbit scores 7.5/10 in our review. It dates from 2024 and is 18+. It calls its currencies Game Coins and Super Coins, which work as Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. The welcome offer is 175,000 Game Coins plus 3 Super Coins. The minimum redemption is 25 SC for gift cards and 100 SC for cash.

Our Mr.Goodwin review lists Scarlet Sands, SweepShark and FireSevens as sister brands, and calls Playtana a UTech sister. We could not confirm any of these from UTech's own terms or a regulator record.

SweepShark is the closest case. Illinois sent its February 2026 SweepShark letter to 571 S Washington, Afton, WY 83110, the same address UTech uses [2]. That address also appears for other sweepstakes companies we cover, including A1 Development, and it works as a shared registered-agent address in Afton. A shared address alone does not show common ownership. Until a terms page or filing names UTech for those brands, we list only Mr.Goodwin and Jackpot Rabbit here.

Both sets of terms list the same Restricted Territories: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming, plus anywhere outside the US.

Wyoming is on the list even though UTech is registered there.

Oklahoma is not on the list. SB 1589 takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 [3], and we have not seen a UTech notice about Oklahoma. Check the site before you play there after that date.

• Illinois: the Gaming Board's letter to Jackpot Rabbit is dated 4 Feb 2026. Staff said they saw slots offered to Illinois users on 14 Jan 2026 [1]. Illinois is not in the Restricted Territories list of either brand.

We did not find Mr.Goodwin or Jackpot Rabbit in the Maryland, Tennessee or Louisiana records we checked, and we did not find an Illinois letter to Mr.Goodwin.

• Addresses. The terms use Afton, Wyoming. The Jackpot Rabbit footer adds Casper, Wyoming. Illinois wrote to a PMB in Meridian, Idaho.
• Sister brands. Our Mr.Goodwin review names SweepShark, Scarlet Sands, FireSevens and Playtana as related brands. We found no UTech document that confirms them. This page lists only the two brands the terms tie to UTech.
• Illinois. Illinois told Jackpot Rabbit to stop offering games there, but neither brand's terms list Illinois as restricted.
