Who MW Services is

The WOW Vegas Terms and Conditions define "MW services" as "MW Services Limited (company registration number 120828) a limited liability company incorporated in Gibraltar, and subject to Gibraltar law, having its registered address at 5-9 Main Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA". The same terms define WOWCom Services as "WOWCom Services Inc (company registration number 5834875) a corporation incorporated in Delaware".

The footers on the WOW Vegas, CoinsBack and Rolla sites use near-identical wording. Each says MW Services Limited "owns and operates" the site "from its registered office at 5-9 Main Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA", and that WOWCOM Services Inc handles support, service and payment processing.

We could not open the Gibraltar companies register without an account, so the company number 120828 comes from the brand terms. Two regulators used the same Gibraltar address. Maryland addressed its 2025 letter to "MW Services Limited, 5-9 Main St., Gibraltar" [3], and Illinois sent its WOW Vegas and Rolla letters to 5-9 Main Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA [1] [2].

MW Services brands and our reviews

  • WOW Vegas scores 8.4/10. It uses WOW Coins for fun play instead of Gold Coins, with Sweeps Coins for prize play. New players get 150,000 WOW Coins + 2 SC when they claim, with day 2 and day 3 rewards by email. Our review lists the redemption minimum as 20 SC for gift cards and 50 SC for cash.
  • CoinsBack scores 7.9/10. It launched in May 2026 and returns part of the house edge as claimable SC. Its promo page lists a 100,000 GC + 2 SC welcome pack after Level 1 verification. Independent reviews put the minimum at 50 SC for gift cards and 100 SC for cash, which CoinsBack has not confirmed on a public page.
  • Rolla carries the same MW Services footer. We have not reviewed it.

Our CoinsBack review mentions that independent reviews tie MetaWin's US site to the same group. We did not find MW Services named on a MetaWin page, so we leave it off the brand list.

How coins and redemptions work

The WOW Vegas terms set the minimum age at 18, or higher where your state's age of majority is higher. CoinsBack is 21+ per our review. At both sites, SC won in games can be redeemed once your account is verified, and payouts run through gift card and bank rails. Our WOW Vegas review found that payout speed depends on VIP tier, from same day for the top tiers to within 3 business days for lower ones.

State availability

Our WOW Vegas review read the help center's excluded-states article: registration is closed in Idaho, Nevada and Washington, and SC play is blocked in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, New York and Tennessee, plus Quebec. The CoinsBack promo page lists California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington.

The WOW Vegas terms we read on 27 Oct 2026 do not mention Oklahoma, and we found no posted exit date for either brand. Oklahoma's ban on dual-currency sweepstakes play takes effect on 1 Nov 2026. See our Oklahoma guide.

Regulatory history

Maryland, June 2025. On 3 Jun 2025 the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency wrote to "MW Services Limited d/b/a WOW Vegas". The letter says WOW Vegas "is offering and conducting online gaming activities in Maryland without legal authority to do so" [3]. Maryland now appears on both brands' excluded lists.

Tennessee, December 2025. The Tennessee Attorney General's 29 Dec 2025 release lists WOW Vegas and Rolla among the casinos that received cease-and-desist letters and "have indicated their intent to comply" [4].

Illinois, February 2026. The Illinois Gaming Board's letters of 4 Feb 2026 to WOW Vegas [1] and Rolla [2] say the IGB "has reason to believe" each brand is operating an illegal online casino under the Illinois Criminal Code. Both letters go to 5-9 Main Street, Gibraltar. There is no Illinois letter to CoinsBack, which launched after the letters went out and lists Illinois as excluded.

Louisiana. The Louisiana Gaming Control Board's illegal operators list names "MW Services Limited d/b/a Wow Vegas" [5]. The list is undated.

Where the sources disagree

  • WOWCom's address. The WOW Vegas terms give 1013 Centre Road, Suite 403-B, Wilmington, DE 19805. The WOW Vegas, CoinsBack and Rolla footers give 108 W. 13th Street, Suite 100, Wilmington, DE 19801. Both are in Wilmington, but they are different addresses.
  • CoinsBack's offer and minimums. The CoinsBack promo page lists 100,000 GC + 2 SC, while independent reviews list 500,000 GC + 2 SC. The redemption minimums in our review come from independent reviews, not CoinsBack.
  • State lists. The WOW Vegas help center and the CoinsBack promo page don't match. CoinsBack blocks Idaho, Nevada and Washington fully and doesn't mention Iowa or Quebec.

Where to play

If your state is eligible, WOW Vegas has the lower published redemption floor of the two, and CoinsBack has the cashback feature. Visit WOW Vegas
