The Guide in Brief

Every sweepstakes casino that redeems prizes is supposed to have at least one way to get the prize currency without paying. That currency is Sweeps Coins, or a house name for the same thing. "Free" means the credit did not require a purchase: a signup grant, a daily claim, a postal request, a social code, a tournament prize, a referral, or a link in a newsletter. Gold Coin packs can attach extra SC, and that attached SC was not bought as SC, but the pack itself costs money. This page is the no-purchase catalog. It is not a letter template, and it is not an argument that daily coins are income.

Which routes a brand runs, and for how many SC, is a brand fact. The two writeups we used do not even agree with themselves on signup size. Treat every number below as a published example that can change by the time you open the cashier.

Section 01

What you are collecting

Sweeps Coins are the redeemable entries. Gold Coins are not. A no-purchase path has to exist because the model is a sweepstakes: the prize currency is granted, not sold. If the only SC on the site appear after a card charge, and the rules have no free route, we do not call those coins free and we do not treat the redemption as a normal sweepstakes prize.

Free SC still sit behind the same three gates as any other SC:

  1. Playthrough. How many times you must stake them before they count as redeemable. A comparison table on one free-SC directory listed 1x for the brands in its top rows. Other promotions, on other pages, run higher. Read the grant.
  2. A minimum redemption. The smallest balance the cashier will pay. Cards on that directory showed 50 SC, 75 SC, and 100 SC depending on the brand. A mechanics note used 100 SC as a hypothetical floor, not as a survey result.
  3. A rate. What one SC is worth at redemption. A lot of brands print 1 SC = $1. Some do not. The directory's "$500" next to "500 SC" assumes the 1:1 rate. Confirm the cashier before you multiply.

Until all three are satisfied, the balance is playable and not payable. That is the whole distance from a free grant to money.

Section 02

The routes

Route What you do What the pages said about size and speed
Signup grant Create the account and confirm the email. Sometimes a short task list Often the largest single no-purchase drop. Published figures conflict, see below
Daily login Open the site and claim. Some use a streak or a wheel One directory said most brands it looked at pay about 0.5 to 2 SC a day, which is about 15 to 60 SC across 30 days if you miss nothing. A mechanics note used 0.5 SC a day as a hypothetical
Postal request (AMOE) A written request by mail, under that brand's rules Slow. One page said a week or two. Caps and SC per letter are brand rules and the two pages do not match
Social or drop codes A code posted on the brand's own social accounts, claimed in a window No reliable size. The point is a code with an expiry
Tournaments and races Finish on a leaderboard in a named event Only if you place. Not a grant
Referral Someone joins with your link and then qualifies, often by a purchase or another stated action Pays after they qualify, not when they click
Email A reward link to the address you verified Only if that brand sends them. Check the junk folder once before you assume they do not

You will not find all seven on one site. A fair test of a new brand is to write down which of the seven exist in the rules or the lobby, not which a review listed last spring.

Section 03

Signup grants, and why the headlines fight

One directory's summary table listed no-purchase bonuses of 500 SC at Golden Hearts, 57.5 SC at McLuck, 10 SC at Sportzino, 5 SC at High 5, and 2 SC at Chumba, each marked 1x playthrough, with a footnote that the values are approximate. The same page's brand cards, lower down, listed much smaller bundles: Golden Hearts at 250,000 GC plus 2.5 SC, McLuck at 7,500 GC plus 2.5 SC, Sportzino at 50,000 GC plus 2 SC, High 5 at 3 SC plus 400 GC plus 300 Diamonds, Chumba not in that card set. Zula's card said 20,000 GC plus 2 SC. Fortune Wins' card said 20,000 GC plus 100 of its prize units (FC, not SC). Hello Millions and SpinBlitz cards said 2.5 SC alongside Gold Coins.

Those two blocks cannot all be the current offer. A 500 SC signup and a 2.5 SC signup are different products. We refuse to average them. The pattern that is safe: several cards cluster around a couple of Sweeps Coins plus a large Gold Coin number, playthrough on the summary rows was 1x, and any "hundreds of SC free" line has to be checked on the site the day you register. Email confirmation is part of the grant on the step-by-step those pages describe. An unverified email is an unfinished signup, not a stingy brand.

Section 04

Daily claims are a trickle, not a redemption plan

We are not going to spin a story about living on daily coins. The arithmetic is enough.

A mechanics note did this on purpose with fake-until-replaced numbers: 0.5 SC per day for 30 days is 15 SC. Against a 100 SC minimum, you are 85 SC short. You still have to play through whatever the grant requires. At 1x, staking the 15 is a small task and does not create the other 85. The directory's wider daily band, 0.5 to 2 SC, is 15 to 60 SC in a perfect month. Even the top of that band misses a 100 SC floor, and it misses a 75 SC floor in a short month if you skip days. A 50 SC floor is the first of those published minimums that a 2 SC daily streak can reach inside a month, and only if the brand really pays 2 SC, you claim all 30 days, and you do not lose the balance playing. Streak bonuses, where the brand has them, are the extra on top. Miss a day and some streaks reset. That is a rules line, not a moral.

So dailies are worth claiming because they are free and usually light on playthrough. They are a bad plan if the only goal is this month's redemption and the floor is several times the monthly trickle. The other routes exist to close that gap. Or a purchase does, which is outside this page.

Section 05

Postal entry, the short version

Alternative method of entry is the rule that there must be a way to receive sweeps currency without buying anything. In practice it is a handwritten request, mailed to an address the operator prints, with limits the operator prints. One mechanics page said the request is often a card in an envelope, with a cap per day or per envelope, and that the address, the required wording, and the SC amount have to be copied from that brand's rules rather than from memory. Another directory said a letter with your name, address, email, and account details, processed in a week or two, once a month, for a typical 50 to 100 SC.

Those two descriptions do not match. "Once a month and 50 to 100 SC" is not "a cap per day or per envelope, amount unknown until you read the rules." We will not pick the friendlier one and we will not print a sample letter. If you use mail-in, open the sweepstakes rules, follow that page's format, and expect the slow path. The mechanics page's point stands even without a number: postal entry is the clearest proof the prize currency is available without a purchase. A brand that cannot show the address does not get the benefit of the doubt.

Section 06

Codes, races, referrals, email

Social drops are codes on the brand's own channels, not on a random repost. They expire. Claim them in the account that matches the email you play on. A code that credits GC only is not a free SC drop, even if the graphic says "coins."

Tournaments pay the top of a board. If the buy-in is SC you already had, the prize is not a free grant. It is a redistribution. If the event is free to enter, then a prize is a real no-purchase SC credit, and most entrants will not get it. Read the entry cost before you call it free.

Referrals pay after the other account does the qualifying step. If that step is a purchase, your friend is spending money and you are not. If you open the second account yourself, you are in the duplicate-account rule, which forfeits balances. One referral link for a brand you use is enough. A sheet of emails is how people get both accounts closed.

Newsletters are the least reliable of the seven. Some brands send a claim link. Some send only purchase ads. Verify the email at signup so the message has somewhere to go, and do not pay for a "VIP list" to receive what the rules already give you for free.

Section 07

A simple scoreboard

When we open a new brand we write seven lines, one per route, with the SC amount if it is printed and a blank if it is not. Then we write the cash minimum, the gift-card minimum if it is lower, and the playthrough on each free grant. The gift-card floor matters because it is often the first prize a small free balance can reach. We do not need a purchase to learn those three numbers. They are on the cashier and the rules.

A month later the scoreboard answers one question: did the free routes, after playthrough and after ordinary play, clear a minimum? If yes, redeem once so you know the desk works. If no, the shortfall is a fact about that brand's free economy, not a reason to invent a better daily. You can keep claiming, you can add a postal request if the rules are real, or you can decide a Gold Coin pack is worth it for the attached SC. That last choice is a purchase. It should be a decision, not a workaround you pretend was free.

Section 08

What we will not fill in

We will not tell you Golden Hearts gives 500 SC or 2.5 SC. The same directory said both. We will not tell you mail-in pays 50 to 100 SC once a month. A second page said the amount and the cap are whatever the rules say, often framed per day or per envelope. We will not tell you 0.5 SC a day is the industry standard. It was an example next to a 100 SC floor so the subtraction would be obvious. We will not tell you a signup figure with no date is still true. Offers move without a banner saying they moved.

Free Sweeps Coins are real wherever the route is real. The redemption is a separate equation: your free balance, times how careful you are with it, against that cashier's minimum and that grant's playthrough. Run the equation with the numbers on the screen. The catalog only tells you where to look.
