Who RealPlay Tech is
The RealPrize footer says the site "is owned and operated by RealPlay Tech Inc" and gives its registered address as 8 The Green #15134, Kent, Delaware, 19901. The Promotional Play Rules (version 3.1, last updated 21 Aug 2026) describe REALPLAY TECH INC as a company "organized under the laws of the State of Delaware" and the sole sponsor of Sweep Coins Mode Contests. They say the services run "using software developed by Realplay Ltd".
Clause 9.24 of the rules says "Payment processing is handled by one of our Related Entities, Realplay (EU) Limited", at Madison Building Midtown, Queensway, Gibraltar. We could not open the Delaware or Gibraltar registries for this page, so neither company number is confirmed here.
Dover is the county seat of Kent County, so the two versions of the address in the quick facts table share a street, suite and postcode.
RealPrize and our review
- RealPrize scores 8.1/10. RealPrize gives new players free SC for registering and for logging in during the first 3 days, but doesn't publish the amount. Redemptions start at 45 SC for gift cards and 100 SC for cash, at 1 SC to $1. Our review lists the age limit as 18+, and the free mail-in route pays 1 SC per request.
RealPrize uses the name "Sweep Coins" rather than Sweeps Coins. The documents we read don't name any other brand run by RealPlay Tech.
State availability
RealPrize's own documents don't agree on which states are excluded.
- The Terms of Use (updated 28 Jul 2026) restrict Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York and Washington.
- The Promotional Play Rules exclude California, Delaware, Washington, Idaho, Connecticut, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Montana, Indiana, Maine and Tennessee from Sweep Coins Mode Contests.
Neither document lists Maryland or Illinois, though both states have sent letters. Neither mentions Oklahoma, where a ban on dual-currency sweepstakes play starts on 1 Nov 2026. We found no announced Oklahoma exit from RealPrize, so check with support before playing there. See our Oklahoma guide.
Regulatory history
New York, June 2025. RealPrize is on the New York Attorney General's list of 26 platforms that ended Sweeps Coin sales in New York [3].
Maryland, December 2025. On 19 Dec 2025 the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission emailed "Real Prize" a notice to cease and desist. The notice said it had reviewed the site and found casino gaming open to people in Maryland. It asked for a reply within 10 days that confirmed an end date and a wind-down plan [2].
Tennessee, December 2025. RealPrize is on the Tennessee Attorney General's list of casinos that received letters and "have indicated their intent to comply" [4].
Illinois, February 2026. The Illinois Gaming Board says it observed RealPrize on 12 Jan 2026 offering Illinois users slots online and on mobile. Its 4 Feb 2026 letter went to the Dover address and to the RealPrize support address [1].

- Excluded states. The Terms of Use list 7 states; the Promotional Play Rules list 14. Our review says "up to 13", which undercounts the rules by one.
- Maryland and Illinois. Both regulators wrote to RealPrize, but neither state is on the exclusion lists we read.
- Address. The footer says Kent, Delaware; the Illinois letter says Dover. The street address and postcode are the same.
