A1 Development

A1 Development LLC is the company named in the terms of Funrize and NoLimitCoins, the two of its sites we review. The same company, at the same Afton, Wyoming address, also appears in the terms of Fortune Wheelz, TaoFortune, FunzCity and StormRush. This page covers what the terms and regulators say about A1 Development, how its six sites line up, and where they can be played with Sweeps Coins (the sites call them Entries or SC).

Who A1 Development is

The Funrize Terms of Use (Version 2.0, updated 3 Jun 2026) say they form a binding agreement between the player and "A1 Development LLC, address: 571 S Washington, Afton, Wyoming 83110, USA". The NoLimitCoins terms (Version 2.0, updated 3 Sep 2026) use the same wording, word for word. We could not find a corporate website, a registry number or named officers for A1 Development on any page we opened.

The Illinois Gaming Board sent its February 2026 letters for Funrize and NoLimitCoins to the same Afton address [1] [2]. So the terms and the regulator agree on where the company is.

How we know who runs it

We read the Terms of Use on all six sites on 27 Oct 2026. Each one names A1 Development LLC at 571 S Washington, Afton, Wyoming:

Site Terms version and date Company named
Funrize Version 2.0, updated 3 Jun 2026 A1 Development LLC
NoLimitCoins Version 2.0, updated 3 Sep 2026 A1 Development LLC
Fortune Wheelz Updated 3 Jun 2026 A1 Development LLC
TaoFortune Updated 3 Jun 2026 A1 Development LLC
FunzCity Updated 3 Jun 2026 A1 Development LLC
StormRush Updated 27 Feb 2026 A1 Development LLC

The terms write dates as 03.06.2026. StormRush's date, 02.27.2026, shows the format is month first, so 03.06.2026 is 3 Jun 2026.

The Illinois letters back this up from the regulator's side. IGB sent letters for Funrize, Fortune Wheelz, NoLimitCoins, TaoFortune, StormRush and FunzCity, all addressed to 571 S Washington, Afton, WY 83110 [1] [2]. A shared address is not the same as a shared owner, but here the terms of all six sites also name the same company.

A1 Development brands and our reviews

  • Funrize scores 7.6/10 in our review. The welcome offer in our review is 125,000 Coins plus 3 Entries, given in stages. Minimum redemption is 25 Entries for gift cards and 100 Entries for cash. Players must be 21 or older.
  • NoLimitCoins scores 7.7/10. Our review lists about 100,000 to 110,000 GC plus 1 SC after sign-up and email checks, with minimum redemption of about 25 SC for gift cards and about 100 SC for cash. It is also 21+.
  • Fortune Wheelz, TaoFortune, FunzCity and StormRush run under the same terms. We do not have published reviews of these four yet, so we give no scores or offers for them.

Funrize calls its coins Coins and Entries rather than Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. They work the same way: Coins are for fun play, and Entries can be redeemed for prizes.

Where A1 Development's sites are available

Section 3.4 of the Funrize and NoLimitCoins terms says you must not access the games from Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia or Wyoming. Our Funrize review adds that California, Indiana, Maine and Maryland are Coins-only on Funrize.

Neither set of terms we read on 27 Oct 2026 mentions Oklahoma. Oklahoma's SB 1589, which covers dual-currency online casino games, takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 [6]. Other operators have posted Oklahoma exit notices in their terms. A1 Development had not posted one on the Funrize or NoLimitCoins pages when we checked, so check the current terms if you play from Oklahoma.

Regulatory history

  • New York: on 6 Jun 2025 the New York Attorney General named Funrize, Fortune Wheelz, FunzCity, NoLimitCoins and TaoFortune among 26 platforms that were ending the sale of sweeps coins in the state [4].
  • Tennessee: on 29 Dec 2025 the Tennessee Attorney General listed Fortune Wheelz, Funrize, FunzCity, NoLimitCoins, StormRush and Tao Fortune among about 40 sites sent cease-and-desist letters. It said every platform that got a letter had disabled the unlawful features or agreed a wind-down date [5].
  • Maryland: the Lottery and Gaming Control Agency posted cease-and-desist letters dated 19 Dec 2025 to Funrize, Fortune Wheelz, FunzCity, NoLimitCoins and TaoFortune [3].
  • Illinois: on 4 Feb 2026 the Illinois Gaming Board sent letters to all six sites. Its staff said they had seen play on the sites between 12 and 15 Jan 2026 [1] [2].

These are letters and lists. None is a court ruling against A1 Development.

Where the sources disagree

  • Who runs NoLimitCoins. Our NoLimitCoins review leaves the operator cell as "confirm live terms". The live terms name A1 Development LLC, so the review should be updated.
  • Funrize sister brands. Our Funrize review lists the sister sites from a third-party source. The six sets of terms confirm them directly.
  • Shared address, separate checks. Maryland's letters were addressed to each brand, not to A1 Development by name, so the company link comes from the terms and the Illinois addresses, not from Maryland.
