Rollza doesn't publish a redemption minimum. The rules say "preset minimums" apply and the cashier shows them. One review site reported 100 SC, and another said the floor only appeared after KYC. Plan on needing about 100 SC until we can confirm a lower figure.
Sources also split on payout methods. One review site found push-to-card only, to Visa, Mastercard, Amex or UnionPay, with crypto listed as coming soon. Another listed bank, card and crypto. The rules allow cash or gift card prizes through a third-party processor. Your cashier will show which options your account has.
Timing is where the documents disagree most. The Sweepstakes Rules allow one request every 48 hours, a review window of at least 72 hours (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern) and payment within 10 business days. The FAQ says one request every 24 hours and two to five business days. One review site reports a cap of 3,000 SC per day. Customer support
Rollza support starts with an AI chat assistant called Fin. Other review sites say chat isn't staffed around the clock and replies slow down after about 10 p.m. Eastern. One reviewer waited 36 hours for an email answer from support@rollza.com, and another had a message bounce. The rules list admin@rollza.com, which other reviewers say does work. Complaints must be raised within 14 days of the issue. The site footer still had leftover template text in October, which is a small but telling sign of a rushed launch.
US state availability
Per the Rollza Sweepstakes Rules as of October 27, 2026, these states are excluded:
California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Utah, Washington and West Virginia. Oklahoma joins the list on November 1, 2026, when the state's ban on dual-currency sweepstakes casinos takes effect.
