The Big Shot Terms of Use (updated 10 Sep 2026) say the platform is operated by Big Shot Games Interactive, LLC, with its registered address at 333 Washington Avenue North, Suite 104, Minneapolis. The terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Players must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if higher.
We tried to look the company up in the Minnesota Secretary of State's business search, but the site timed out. We have not checked Delaware.
