The BigBux Non-EU Terms of Service (dated 05.11.2025) say: "BigBux is operated by BigBux Limited, a company with its registered office at Stylianou Lena, 24 Christiana Court, Flat/Office 202 Strovolos, 2019, Nicosia, Cyprus, under registration number HE 488269." They add that payments are handled by B2Bux Inc. at a Wilmington, Delaware address. The terms are governed by Delaware law.
The number given for B2Bux, 61-2291006, is in the format of a US federal tax ID rather than a Delaware file number. We have not checked it.
What BigBux is
The terms describe on-site "Credits" that are used to buy virtual mystery boxes and earn experience points. There are no Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins. Our BigBux review scores it 6.9/10 and also calls it a mystery box model, with item shipping, sell-back and crypto as the ways to get value out. We could not confirm the current sign-up reward. Players must be 18 or older.
Where BigBux is available
The terms restrict parts of the service in Denmark, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, Ontario and Washington state. They bar a separate list of Prohibited Jurisdictions, all outside the US. No other US state is named, and the terms do not mention Oklahoma.
