The Bracco Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Use (version 1.2), both dated 7 Aug 2026, name Bracco LLC, at 48 Murray Hill Terrace, Marlboro, NJ 07746, as the sponsor of the Bracco site. The rules apply Delaware law. The terms say ACH payments are handled through Aeropay, and connecting a bank creates an Aeropay account. Players must be 18 or older.
The documents name no officers, parent company or registry number.

Bracco scores 7.5/10 in our review. Our review lists 10,000 Bracco Coins plus 5 Bracco Cash on sign-up and crypto prize redemptions after identity checks, with the minimum not confirmed. Our review also mentions unconfirmed talk of sister brands. We found nothing in the terms that names another brand, so we list none.
Where Bracco is available
The terms restrict California, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, New York and Nevada. New Jersey is on the list even though the sponsor's address is in New Jersey.
Oklahoma is not on that list, and we found no Oklahoma notice in the documents we read on 27 Oct 2026. Oklahoma's SB 1589 takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 [1]. Check the current terms before playing from Oklahoma.
