How we know who runs it

Chip'n Win and our review
Chip'n Win scores 8.0/10 in our review. Our review lists 15,000 GC plus 30 Crystals on sign-up. The rules require a balance of at least 100 Sweeps Coins before a prize redemption. Players must be 18 or older. For Florida residents, the rules cap the prize won on any one spin or play at $5,000.
Our review names two other brands as sisters, based on a third-party site. Chip'n Win's own documents do not mention them, so we do not list them here.
Where Chip'n Win is available
The rules exclude Washington, Nevada, Michigan and Idaho from the sweepstakes, along with US territories and anywhere outside the US. The Terms of Use point to a separate restricted states page, which we did not read, so the full list may be longer.
Oklahoma is not mentioned in the documents we read on 27 Oct 2026. Oklahoma's SB 1589 takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 [2]. Check the current restricted states page before playing from Oklahoma.
Regulatory history
On 4 Feb 2026 the Illinois Gaming Board wrote to Chip n Win. It said staff had seen Illinois users offered slots and table games on 15 Jan 2026 with the chance to win prizes, and demanded that the site block Illinois or stop offering prizes [1].
We did not find Chip'n Win in the New York June 2025 list, the Tennessee December 2025 list or the Maryland letter list.
Timeline
Where the sources disagree
- Governing law. The rules call Chipnwin LLC "subject to Delaware law" but say the sweepstakes is governed by New York law. The terms apply Delaware law.
- State list. The rules name four excluded states. Our review quotes a longer list from other sites. The rules are from October 2024 and may be out of date.
