Who Epic Play Holding is
The BankRolla Terms (version 1.5, last updated 8 Sep 2026) say: "Owner and operator of Bankrolla Social Gaming Platform is Epic Play Holding Inc., a Florida corporation having its principal place of business at 1287 E Newport Center Dr Ste 206, Deerfield Beach, Florida, 33442, USA." They add that Epic Play Holding sponsors all promotions on the platform. The terms are governed by Florida law. Players must be at least 18, or the minimum legal age where they live if higher.

The terms define Restricted States as California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC and West Virginia. They also list Indiana, Maine and Oklahoma as Promotion-Restricted States.
Oklahoma is already a Restricted State, so the Oklahoma law that takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 does not change BankRolla's availability.
