Who Full Stop is

The Isle of Man Companies Registry lists Full Stop Limited, number 022310V, as a live 2006 Act company incorporated on 17 Jan 2025 [1]. The Ace Terms (Version 1.5) say the site is "owned and operated by Full Stop Limited, incorporated in Isle of Man with registration number 022310V and registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LE".

We did not find a corporate site, directors or other brands for Full Stop on the pages we opened.

How we know who runs it

The Ace terms name Full Stop Limited with the registry number, and the registry search for 022310V returns the same company [1]. Illinois sent its February 2026 letter for "ACE (sweepstakes)" to the North Quay address [2].

Illinois also sent its McLuck and SpinBlitz letters to Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay. Those brands belong to B-Two Operations Limited, whose terms give a different Douglas address. We have not seen a document linking Full Stop and B-Two, so we treat them as separate companies. See the B-Two Operations page.

Ace and our review

Ace scores 7.9/10 in our review. The welcome offer is 7,500 GC plus 2.5 SC. Minimum redemption is 10 SC for gift cards and 100 SC for cash. Players must be 21 or older.

Where Ace is available

The Ace terms list these Prohibited Territories: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia, plus anywhere outside the US.

Oklahoma is already on that list, so Oklahoma's SB 1589, which takes effect on 1 Nov 2026, does not change access to Ace.

Regulatory history

  • Maryland: on 18 Nov 2025 the Lottery and Gaming Control Commission emailed a cease-and-desist notice to the Ace social casino, covering unauthorized online gaming in the state [3].
  • Illinois: on 4 Feb 2026 the Gaming Board sent a letter to "ACE (sweepstakes)". Its staff said they had seen play on the site on 9 Jan 2026 [2].

Ace was not on the New York June 2025 list or the Tennessee December 2025 list.

  • North Quay address. The address is Full Stop's in the Ace terms, but Illinois also used it for two brands that belong to B-Two Operations.
