Who Green Candy Solutions is
The Cashoomo Terms of Service say: "The Website is owned and operated by Green Candy Solutions, Inc." The site footer adds: "Operated under applicable local laws by Green Candy Solutions Inc., reg. number in Delaware 2372086." It lists the North Miami operating address as "not monitored for correspondence" and gives the Brandon, Florida address for mail. The terms are governed by Delaware law. Players must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if higher.
The documents name no officers or parent company.

The terms exclude Idaho, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Michigan, Delaware, Connecticut, Nevada, Montana, West Virginia, California, Utah, Maine, Tennessee and Indiana, plus US territories.
Oklahoma is not on that list, and we found no Oklahoma notice in the terms we read on 27 Oct 2026. Oklahoma's SB 1589 takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 [1]. Check the current terms before playing from Oklahoma.
Regulatory history
We did not find Cashoomo in the New York June 2025 list, the Tennessee December 2025 list, the Maryland letter list or the Illinois letters we opened. That does not prove no state has acted.
