The footer doesn't say which state the LLC was formed in. 1209 Orange Street is a Wilmington address, so Delaware is likely, but we could not search the Delaware registry to confirm it. No other brand, parent company or payment company is named on the pages we opened. When we tried the terms and sweepstakes rules links, both loaded the home page.
