Who NiyaSG is
The Coins Royale footer says the site "is owned and operated by NiyaSG LLC, incorporated in Delaware, USA, with a registered address of 1013 Centre Road; Suite 403-A Wilmington, DE 19805." The Terms of Service (version 1.12, last updated 14 Jul 2026) form an agreement with NiyaSG LLC, which they say owns and operates the Coins Royale website, and name it as the Sponsor.
We could not search the Delaware registry for this page, so we have no company number or formation date. The terms don't name any other brand, payment company or parent.
Coins Royale and our review
- Coins Royale scores 7.3/10. New players get 100,000 GC + 1 SC, plus discounted first-purchase packs. Our review found 1x playthrough on most SC and up to 20x on some bonus SC.
Under clause 8.5 of the terms, NiyaSG may set a minimum of 100 Redeemable Sweeps Coins for cash prizes and 50 for gift cards. SC must be played through once on eligible games before they count, and live casino play doesn't count toward that. Live casino games are not available in Florida, Georgia, Hawaii or West Virginia.
State availability
The terms (clause 1.2) and the Sweepstakes Rules (version 1.15, last updated 1 Oct 2026) give the same 23 Excluded Territories: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah and Washington.
Oklahoma is not on the list, and neither document mentions the state. Oklahoma's ban on dual-currency sweepstakes play starts on 1 Nov 2026. If you play from Oklahoma, ask Coins Royale support what happens to your account and SC balance before that date. See our Oklahoma guide.

- Oklahoma. Neither official document mentions Oklahoma, though the ban starts days after this check.
- Minimums. Our review says about 100 SC. The terms say 100 SC for cash and 50 SC for gift cards, and describe both as limits NiyaSG "reserve[s] the right to set".
