Who PlayFame Operations is
The PlayFame Terms of Service form an agreement between the player and "Playfame Operations Limited, registered under number 021484V and with its registered office at Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, IM1 1AP, Isle of Man". The company calls itself the "Sponsor" of the sweepstakes.
The Isle of Man Companies Registry lists PlayFame Operations Limited, number 021484V, as a live 2006 Act company incorporated on 30 Jan 2024 [1]. The same record shows a previous name, B-Two Services Limited.
The payment agents and the B-Two link
The PlayFame terms say "B2 Services OÜ (16579410) registered at Tornimae 5, 10145, Tallinn" and "B-Two Operations Limited (021483V) registered at Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas" act as payment service agents.
The registry lists B-Two Operations Limited, 021483V, incorporated on the same day as PlayFame Operations, 30 Jan 2024 [2]. The two companies have consecutive numbers, the same registered office, and PlayFame Operations used to carry the B-Two name. Illinois also emailed its PlayFame letter to a support address on the B2 Services OÜ domain [3].
That is a close link. Still, the free registry search does not show shareholders, and the PlayFame terms don't call McLuck or Hello Millions sister brands. We keep B-Two Operations on its own operator page. Our review notes that the PlayFame iOS app is published by B2S Services Limited.
PlayFame and our review
- PlayFame scores 8.0/10. New players get 7,500 GC, plus up to 3.55 SC over the first 3 days of logins. Redemptions start at 10 SC for gift cards and 75 SC for cash. The terms set a 21+ age limit. The free mail-in route pays 4 SC per request card.
The terms say jackpots are pooled "across our brands" but don't name any other brand.
State availability
The PlayFame terms say: "We do not offer any of the services in the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia". Our review found that promotions are switched off in California.
The terms also carry this line: "Effective 1 November 2026, we will no longer be operating in Oklahoma." Oklahoma's ban on dual-currency sweepstakes play takes effect that day. If you have SC in a PlayFame account in Oklahoma, check the redemption rules before 1 Nov 2026. See our Oklahoma guide.
A separate restricted-states page lists more states where some game suppliers' titles are blocked. For example, Evolution games are closed in Arizona, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Wyoming, Alabama, Illinois, Ohio, Utah and Florida.
Regulatory history
New York, June 2025. "Play Fame" is on the New York Attorney General's list of 26 platforms that ended Sweeps Coin sales in New York after cease-and-desist letters [4].
Tennessee, December 2025. PlayFame is on the Tennessee Attorney General's list of casinos that received letters and "have indicated their intent to comply" [5].
Illinois, February 2026. The Illinois Gaming Board says it observed PlayFame on 14 Jan 2026 offering Illinois users slots and table games. Its letter of 4 Feb 2026 went to PlayFame at the Douglas address and by email to the PlayFame support address, a B2 Services OÜ support address and an address at an Estonian firm, Triniti [3]. The excluded list in the terms we read does not name Illinois. Illinois does appear on the supplier restriction page for Evolution games.
Oklahoma, November 2026. PlayFame's own exit date, 1 Nov 2026, matches the start of Oklahoma's ban.

Where the sources disagree
- Company name. The terms write both "Playfame Operations Limited" and "PlayFame Operations Limited". The registry uses "PlayFame Operations Limited".
- App publisher. The App Store lists B2S Services Limited as publisher, a name that appears in neither the terms nor the registry search we ran.
- California. The terms don't list California as excluded, but our review found promotions are off there.
