PMSG Media

The Spindoo footer says the site "is owned and operated by PMSG Media Limited, incorporated in Isle of Man with registration number 021912V and registered office at Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP." The Terms of Service form an agreement between the player and PMSG Media Limited, which the terms call "Spindoo" and the "Sponsor".

The Isle of Man Companies Registry lists PMSG Media Limited, 021912V, as a live 2006 Act company incorporated on 5 Aug 2024. It shows no previous name [1].

The same Hope Street office is used by the Isle of Man companies behind PlayFame, Spree and Mega Bonanza. The building houses many companies, and nothing in the Spindoo terms links PMSG Media to those brands.

• Spindoo scores 7.5/10. New players get 11,111 GC + 2 SC + 3 free spins, plus a wheel spin at sign-up. Our review reports gift cards from about 10 SC and cash from about 75 SC after KYC. Spindoo also has its own "Doo Originals" games.

We could not confirm the redemption minimums for this page, because the Spindoo Sweepstakes Rules page returned a 404 when we opened it.

The Spindoo terms say the service is not offered in "Alabama, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Washington, West Virginia". That is 19 states, plus anywhere outside the US.

Oklahoma is already on the list, so its 1 Nov 2026 ban doesn't change anything for Spindoo. See our Oklahoma guide.

Tennessee is not on the Spindoo list. Most of the Isle of Man brands we cover exclude Tennessee, and several of them are on Tennessee's December 2025 list of letter recipients [2]. Spindoo is not on that list.

We found no action against Spindoo or PMSG Media. Spindoo is not on the New York Attorney General's June 2025 list [3], the Tennessee Attorney General's December 2025 list [2], or the Illinois Gaming Board's letters of 4 Feb 2026 [4].

• Age. The terms (clause 4.1) require players to be at least 21 or the local age of majority, whichever is greater. Our review says 18+.
• Tennessee. Tennessee is missing from the Spindoo prohibited list. Most Isle of Man sweepstakes brands we checked exclude it.
• Redemption minimums. Our review's 75 SC cash figure comes from research snapshots. The official rules page could not be opened.

If your state is eligible, note the 21+ age rule in the terms before you sign up. Visit Spindoo
