It goes on to name Cosmic Tour Limited, at Suites 31B, Philpot House, Station Road, Rayleigh, Essex SS6 7HH, and Summer Autumn Play Inc, at 6635 S Dayton St, Ste 310 #533, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. Both are "authorized to serve as the payment agents for Prudent Owl Limited".

UK Companies House lists COSMIC TOUR LIMITED, 16232980, at the same Rayleigh address [2]. It is an active private limited company, incorporated on 5 Feb 2025, with the business code 82990 (other business support services). That is several months after the September 2024 start date on the Lavish Luck About page, so Cosmic Tour can't have been the payment agent from the start.

We could not check Prudent Owl in the Hong Kong registry or Summer Autumn Play in the Colorado registry for this page. The Illinois letter went to the same Hong Kong address, by email to a Lavish Luck webmail address and a support address on the Summer Autumn Play domain [1]. Both the regulator and the site link Summer Autumn Play to the brand.
