Who Rafflefy is
The Big Pirate rules (last revised October 2025) say: "Company, we, our or us refers to RAFFLEFY LIMITED, with an address at 205 Christodoulou Chatzipavlou, Louloupis Court, 2nd Floor, Office 201 Limassol, Cyprus 3036." They go on: "ACH and Push to Card transactions are processed by Lunavo LLC, registered at 900 Foulk Road, Ste 201, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware 19803 with the registration number 10299116."
We could not search the Cyprus or Delaware registries for this page. The Rafflefy company number and the Lunavo number therefore come from the rules alone. The Lunavo address, Suite 201 at 900 Foulk Road, is the same suite another sweepstakes operator gives as its registered office. It is a shared business address, so we don't read the match as a link between the companies.
Big Pirate and our review
- Big Pirate scores 8.0/10. New players get 20,000 GC + 2 Diamonds + 2 Rum after verification. Redeemable Diamonds are worth $1 each. Our review found 2026 reports of a minimum of about 50 Diamonds, while the official rules say 100 Redeemable Sweeps Coins. A handwritten mail-in request gets at least 2 free Diamonds.
The rules use "Sweeps Coins" for the prize currency that the site calls Diamonds. They also describe a Wheel of Diamonds feature, with credits earned from eligible Sweeps Coins play.
Our review lists Dorados as a newer sister brand in the same group. The Big Pirate rules we read don't name Dorados, and we did not check a Dorados page for this report. So the link is unconfirmed here.
State availability
The Big Pirate rules list these Restricted Jurisdictions: "California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington", plus "any Indian land" and anywhere outside the US. Players must be at least 21 or the local age of majority, whichever is higher.
Oklahoma is not restricted, and the rules (last revised October 2025) don't mention the Oklahoma ban that takes effect on 1 Nov 2026. If you play from Oklahoma, ask Big Pirate support before then. See our Oklahoma guide.
