Who Rocket Dreams is
The CrashMania Terms of Service (version 1.10, effective 20 Oct 2026) are an agreement between the player and Rocket Dreams Inc., covering the CrashMania platform and its affiliated channels. The terms are hosted on Rocket Dreams' own site, which describes the company as a gaming studio whose "flagship title" is CrashMania.
The terms say Delaware law governs and give Delaware courts exclusive jurisdiction, but they don't say where Rocket Dreams is incorporated. They give a support email for arbitration opt-outs and no postal address. Payments may be handled by any Rocket Dreams affiliate acting as "Payment Administration Agent", and the terms don't name one.

What the terms say about coins and prizes
The terms we read describe one virtual currency, Crash Coins: "virtual, non-monetary credits that enable Social Play" with no monetary value. Free and bonus coins are called Promotional Crash Coins. The terms say "no real-money gambling, wagering, or cash prizes are offered or supported", and that a free Alternative Method of Entry will be available "for any future sweepstakes promotions", with details in a Sweepstakes Policy "once published".
That does not match our review's Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins figures. Either the sweepstakes side runs under a separate policy we didn't find, or the review describes features the current terms don't cover. Check the site before you rely on redemption figures.
Where CrashMania is available
The terms define the Excluded Jurisdiction as California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Washington, plus all US territories. People in those states can't register a full account, but the terms say they may see a restricted version of CrashMania.
Oklahoma is already excluded in the 20 Oct 2026 terms, ahead of SB 1589 taking effect on 1 Nov 2026 [1].
