The Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies lists company HE 470054 under two names. SILVER RHINO LTD is the latest name and LUCKYZINO LTD is the previous one. The company's status is registered [1]. The search result does not give the incorporation date, the date of the name change, directors or shareholders, and we did not buy the company file.

The LuckyZino Terms and Conditions (version 1.8, dated 24 Jun 2026) say the platform "is operated by Silver Rhino LTD, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered address at 2 Poreias, Limassol, 3011". They add that "all payments are processed by Silver Rhino LTD", and that the company may use affiliated companies or other providers to process prize redemptions. The footer gives the registration number HE 470054 and a LuckyZino support email address.

The old company name matches the brand, which supports the link between the company and the site.

We found no cease-and-desist letter or list entry for LuckyZino or Silver Rhino in the Illinois, Maryland, Tennessee or Louisiana records we checked.

• Company name. The registry lists two names for HE 470054. The terms use the current one, Silver Rhino LTD, so anything that calls the operator LuckyZino Ltd refers to the same company under its earlier name.
• Redemption floor. Our review gives about 100 SC but notes that some accounts see higher minimums. We did not reopen the Sweepstakes Rules to check.
