The Kickback Spins Terms of Service (last updated 28 Sep 2026) say the platform "is operated pursuant to a software license agreement with TASKITT LTD, a Cyprus Corporation", at 25 Voukourestiou Street, Neptune House, Office 11, Zakaki, Limassol. The terms then use "KICKBACKSPINS" for the contracting party rather than a company name. They say purchases will show on your account statement as coming from "TASKITT LTD.", and that the laws of Cyprus govern the agreement.

The Sweepstakes Rules (version 1.1, last updated 29 Jul 2026) name the sponsor as "MC Data Solutions LLC, c/o TASKITT LTD", with a registered business address at 2611 N. Beltline Rd., Suite 130, Sunnyvale, Texas 75182. We did not find a registry record for MC Data Solutions LLC on this run.

• The terms name TASKITT LTD as the software licensor and the name on card statements.
• The rules name MC Data Solutions LLC as sponsor, care of TASKITT LTD.
• The Cyprus registry confirms TASKITT LTD exists and is registered [1].

Neither document says in plain words which company holds the player contract. TASKITT is the name that appears on both documents and on your bank statement, so we list it as the operator, with MC Data Solutions as sponsor.

Oklahoma is already on that list in the terms of 28 Sep 2026 and the rules of 29 Jul 2026, ahead of SB 1589 taking effect on 1 Nov 2026 [2]. Kickback Spins does not offer its service in Oklahoma.
