The Isle of Man Companies Registry lists Thinkway Ltd, number 022949V, as a live 2006 Act company limited by shares. It was incorporated on 16 Oct 2025, and its registered office and registered agent (Eximia Limited) are both at Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas [1]. The registry shows no previous names.

The CrashDuel footer says the platform "is a play-for-fun website operated by Thinkway Ltd. (IoM 022949V)", that "all payments are processed by Thinkway LLC (10354627 Delaware; 1201 Orange Street, Suite 600, Wilmington, DE 19801)", and that Thinkway Ltd sponsors the promotions from the Hope Street address. The Terms and Conditions (version 1.2, updated 20 May 2026) describe Thinkway Ltd as the owner and operator of the CrashDuel social gaming platform.

We did not open a Delaware record for Thinkway LLC, so its number comes from the CrashDuel footer only.

• The footer, terms and Sweeps Rules all name Thinkway Ltd.
• The Isle of Man registry matches the name, number and office in the footer [1].

The Hope Street office belongs to Eximia Limited, a registered agent that several other Isle of Man sweepstakes companies also use, including Silver Social Operations Limited (Jackpota). A shared agent does not show common ownership.

• CrashDuel scores 7.2/10 in our review. It uses Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins and a third currency, Fly Coins. Our review lists a no-purchase welcome of 1,000 GC plus 1 SC. The Sweeps Rules set a minimum prize redemption of US$100, which matches the roughly 100 SC our review gives. It is 18+, or the age of majority if higher.

The terms list these Restricted Territories: Connecticut, Delaware, Washington D.C., Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Maine, California, Montana, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Tennessee and West Virginia, plus anywhere outside the US.

The list names Washington D.C. but not Washington state. Check the site's own state notice if you are in Washington.

Oklahoma is not on the list. SB 1589 takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 [2]. We have not seen a CrashDuel notice about Oklahoma, so check the site before you play there.

We found no cease-and-desist letter or list entry for CrashDuel or Thinkway in the Illinois, Maryland, Tennessee or Louisiana records we checked.

• Launch date. Our review says CrashDuel launched in August 2025. The registry says Thinkway Ltd was incorporated on 16 Oct 2025, two months later [1]. Either the site started under another company or the launch date in our review is early.
• Company number. The footer and terms give IoM 022949V. The Sweeps Rules call the operator "Thinkway Ltd Ltd. (IoM C111924)". That number does not match the registry record we opened, so the rules may carry a typo or a number from another company.
• Washington. The restricted list covers Washington D.C. and leaves out Washington state.
