Who Vision NL is

The Isle of Man Companies Registry lists Vision NL Limited, number 023022V, as a live 2006 Act company limited by shares. It was incorporated on 19 Nov 2025. Its registered office is First Floor, 11-13 Hill Street, Douglas, IM1 1EF, and its registered agent is Acclaim Limited at the same building [1]. The registry shows no previous names.

The Card Crush Terms of Service (version 1.3, dated 5 Aug 2026) form an agreement with "Vision NL Limited, registered under number 023022V" at the Hill Street office, which the terms also call the Sponsor. They apply Delaware law and set 21 as the minimum age. Purchases show on a card statement as "Card Crush" or "Vision NL Limited".

The site footer adds that Vision Synergy, company number C114134, at Valletta Building, 2nd floor, Suite 7, Triq Nofs In-Nhar, Valletta, Malta, "acts as a payment support operations entity for Vision NL". We did not open the Malta Business Registry, so that number comes from the footer only.

How we know who runs it

  • The terms and footer name Vision NL Limited with registry number 023022V.
  • The Isle of Man registry matches the name, number and office [1].

How Card Crush coins work

Card Crush does not use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. The terms describe a license to use virtual collectible Cards and Mystery Coins (MC) to play games. Cards can't be withdrawn for money or prizes. Mystery Coins "may be withdrawable for cash prizes" under the site's rules, so they play the role Sweeps Coins play elsewhere.

Brands and our review

  • Card Crush scores 7.5/10 in our review. Our review lists a sign-up offer of 2 free Mystery Coins plus 5 Cards. It gives the minimum redemption as about 10 MC for gift cards and about 75 MC for a bank transfer, and notes that there is no daily free MC or standard mail-in route. Our review gives the launch year as 2025. Those figures are research snapshots, so check the site before you rely on them.

Where Card Crush is available

The terms say the service is not available in Nevada and Washington, or from outside the US. They add that the prohibited list also covers any state that the site's game suppliers restrict. The terms don't name those extra states.

That is a much shorter list than most sites in this series. Some games may be missing in your state even where the site itself is open.

Oklahoma is not named. SB 1589 takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 [2]. We have not seen a Card Crush notice about Oklahoma, so check the site before you play there.

Regulatory history

We found no cease-and-desist letter or list entry for Card Crush or Vision NL in the Illinois, Maryland, Tennessee or Louisiana records we checked.

Where the sources disagree

  • Launch year. Our review says 2025. The company was incorporated on 19 Nov 2025, so a 2025 launch under Vision NL would have to fall in the last six weeks of the year.
  • Excluded states. The terms name two states. Our review calls the list "long and changing", which may reflect the game supplier restrictions the terms mention without naming.
