Generate a one-time Mail Code in your account, handwrite the required statement, your full name, account email, address, user ID and the Mail Code on one side of a sheet, write "Sweeps Coins Credits" and your return address on the front of a stamped #10 envelope, and mail it to 10-8707 Dufferin Street, Thornhill, PO BOX #162, Ontario, Canada L4J 0A2.
