Who Marquis Element Interactive is
The Albumza Terms and Conditions of Use say: "Marquis Element Interactive SRL ("We", "Marquis", or "Us"), with the registered address at Provincia 03 Cartago, Canton 01 Cartago, Distrito Oriental, Avenida Doce, Calle Uno, Contiguo A Sede Asis Fc, Costa Rica 30106, operates our Website and Services". The terms also say the website and content "are fully owned by Marquis". They have been updated since a version published on 3 Jul 2026.
SRL (sociedad de responsabilidad limitada) is a Costa Rica limited liability company. We could not search the Costa Rica national registry for this page, so there is no company number here. The terms name no parent company and no other brand.
Albumza and our review
- Albumza scores 6.7/10. The Albumza home page offers up to 1,300 TIX + 10 free spins, and the promotions page shows up to 300 TIX + 10 free spins. The minimum redemption is 5,000 TIX ($50), paid as cash to your bank account. A handwritten mail-in request pays 500 TIX.
Albumza doesn't sell Tickets directly. Our review found that the digital cards that come with Tickets are sold on CollectDuel, a separate site. The Albumza terms we read don't name CollectDuel's operator, so we can't say whether Marquis is connected to it.
State availability
Clause 1.1.6 of the terms defines the Excluded Territory as "Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Iowa, Maine, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Washington", plus anywhere outside the US. Our review notes that California and New York are open, though New York has a per-play win cap.
Oklahoma is not excluded, and the terms say nothing about the Oklahoma law that takes effect on 1 Nov 2026. That law targets dual-currency sweepstakes, and Albumza's single-currency card model may or may not fall under it. We don't know which, and the terms don't address it. Ask Albumza support before playing from Oklahoma. See our Oklahoma guide.

Where the sources disagree
- Welcome offer. The home page says up to 1,300 TIX + 10 free spins. The promotions page says up to 300 TIX + 10 free spins.
- Oklahoma. The terms don't mention Oklahoma, and it isn't clear whether the new law covers Albumza's card-and-Ticket model.
