Welcome Bonuses at Albumza
Homepage: up to 1,300 TIX + 10 free spins. Promotions page: up to 300 TIX + 10 free spins. Read the offer conditions and check your eligibility before registering.
No-deposit / sign-up
The homepage banner says up to 1,300 TIX + 10 free spins for new players [2]. The promotions page lists the welcome bonus as 10 free spins + 300 TIX and says new users can claim up to 300 Tickets where available [3]. The two pages don't match, so check the offer shown when you sign up. Albumza doesn't say which game the spins are for.
First purchase
There's no first-purchase bonus on Albumza itself, because the site sells no Tickets. The homepage tells players to get a card from CollectDuel and redeem the card code on Albumza. Card prices and payment methods are set on CollectDuel, not in Albumza's documents.
Ongoing value
- Daily bonus when your Ticket balance is below Albumza's threshold
- Refer-a-friend rewards of up to 1,000 TIX
- Free card coupons posted on Albumza's Facebook and Instagram pages
- A VIP program and limited-time tournaments

Redemption Routes & Speeds
| Route | Minimum | Speed | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer (cash) | 5,000 TIX ($50) | Not published | Verification up to one month |
You need 5,000 redeemable Tickets ($50) to request a cash prize. Payments go to your bank account in USD, and it's your job to confirm your bank will accept them. Albumza may process only one request per 24 hours, caps daily redemption requests at 955,000 Tickets ($9,550) and can run extra checks on redemptions over 200,000 Tickets ($2,000). The rules say prize verification can take up to one month after you've sent all documents and passed KYC.
Before you redeem
- Verify your identity and address (KYC).
- Play your Tickets through at least once.
- Reach 5,000 Tickets and add bank details in your own name.
Floors and rails
Caveats for SweepsDuke readers
- In New York and Florida, a single play can't pay more than 490,000 Tickets.
- Documents not sent within 30 days of a request can lead to a refused redemption.
- You're responsible for taxes and any bank or currency fees.
Redemption evidence
We haven't completed a SweepsDuke redemption test at Albumza yet. Prize-request walkthrough.
Games & Providers
467 slot-style titles in the public lobby
The public lobby lists 467 slot-style games, such as Wild Silverback, Greedy for Gold: Hold and Win and Mr. Oinkster's Power Hit [4]. Albumza doesn't name its studios on its public pages. We didn't play through the lobby ourselves.
Our demo library is separate from this casino’s catalogue. Demo play does not award prizes.

What Stands Out
Open in California and New York, which many sweepstakes brands exclude
500 Tickets ($5 face value) per mail-in request
1x playthrough by default
Simple math: 100 Tickets = $1
Account time-outs and self-exclusion on request
Things to Consider
Homepage and promotions page give different welcome figures
Cash only; no gift cards in the rules
No published redemption times, and verification can take up to a month
Support is by email and ticket only
Cards must be bought on a separate site
Editorial Verdict
“Worth a look if you live in California or New York, want a $50 cash floor and don't mind a card-collecting twist and email-only support. Watch the welcome figure, because Albumza's homepage and promotions page don't agree. ”

Our Full Albumza Review
Albumza (albumza.com) is a US sweepstakes-style platform run by Marquis Element Interactive SRL, a Costa Rica company. It skips the usual Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins setup. You collect digital cards, get Tickets (TIX) with them, play slot-style games with those Tickets, and can redeem Tickets won in games for cash at 100 Tickets per $1. It's 18+, and the terms exclude 10 states. California and New York are open, though New York has a per-play win cap.
SweepsDuke take: Worth a look if you live in California or New York, want a $50 cash floor and don't mind a card-collecting twist and email-only support. Watch the welcome figure, because Albumza's homepage and promotions page don't agree. Overall 6.7 / 10.
How we checked this review (Oct 19, 2026) We read the Albumza Promotional Rules (version 1.2), the Terms and Conditions (version 1.2, last changed September 4, 2026), the Participant Eligibility Requirements, the Responsible Social Gaming policy, the homepage, the promotions page and the public game lobby. We did not open an account, redeem a card or request a prize, so this review has no SweepsDuke cash-out test yet. Albumza doesn't publish redemption times. Where its own pages disagree, we say so. Who it's for / who should skip
Likely a fit if you live in an open state (including California or New York), you can reach 5,000 Tickets for a $50 bank payout, and you're fine with email support.
Look elsewhere first if you want gift cards, live chat, published payout times or a standard GC and SC wallet, or you live in one of the 10 excluded states.
See Alternatives for other casinos we cover.
How Albumza works (Tickets)
Albumza has one balance: Tickets (TIX). You can't buy Tickets on the site. The Promotional Rules list the ways to get them: a coupon code from a third-party site, the sign-up reward, connecting Facebook, verifying your phone, a daily bonus when your balance drops below a threshold, occasional mystery bonuses, referrals and mail-in requests [1].
Tickets you collect must be played once before they can be redeemed, and Albumza can set a higher playthrough on bonus Tickets. Plays on the game "WAR" don't count toward playthrough. Tickets are forfeited 60 days after your last login, after an email warning.
| Ticket balance | Prize value | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 500 TIX | $5 | One mail-in request |
| 1,300 TIX | $13 | Top welcome figure on the homepage |
| 5,000 TIX | $50 | Redemption minimum |

US state availability
The Terms and Conditions exclude Connecticut, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Tennessee and Washington [5]. The Promotional Rules and the Participant Eligibility Requirements use the same 10 states. New York and Florida are open but treated as restricted jurisdictions with lower win caps.
Check your state guide, then the operator's current excluded-state list. Don't bypass location restrictions.
AMOE / free play
Albumza gives 500 Tickets per handwritten mail-in request. Write the required statement and your full name, account email, address and user ID on one side of a sheet, put it in a stamped #10 envelope with "Tickets Credits" and your return address on the front, and mail it to 10-8707 Dufferin Street, Thornhill, PO BOX #157, Ontario, Canada L4J 0A2.
Practical notes:
- One request per envelope, mailed from the state on your account.
- Illegible or machine-written requests are void.
- You must pass KYC before redeeming mail-in Tickets.

Ownership
The terms name Marquis Element Interactive SRL, Avenida Doce, Calle Uno, Cartago, Costa Rica 30106. The rules are governed by Ontario law, and the mail-in address is in Thornhill, Ontario.
Responsible play
The Responsible Social Gaming policy offers account time-outs and self-exclusion of at least six months, both requested through a support ticket or support@albumza.com. Neither can be reversed once approved [6]. Sweepstakes play is entertainment, not income. If gambling-style play stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org. Albumza vs alternatives
Albumza's edge is access in California and New York, a 500 Ticket mail-in reward and a 1x default playthrough. Its weak spots are the cash-only payouts, email-only support, unpublished payout times and mismatched welcome figures. We haven't re-checked other brands for this update, so read their reviews for current figures.

Common mistakes and tips
- Assuming Albumza is limited to California and New York; the terms open every state except 10
- Expecting the 1,300 TIX welcome; the promotions page says 300
- Using a card code that belongs to someone else, which can void the Tickets
- Letting Tickets sit 60 days without logging in
- Expecting gift cards; the rules only cover cash
- Using a VPN to enter an excluded state
