Welcome Bonuses at Zonko
Not published on the public pages; competitor reviews report a small GC-only sign-up bonus. Read the offer conditions and check your eligibility before registering.
No-deposit / sign-up
Zonko's public pages don't state a sign-up amount. The homepage says you get free coins through the daily login bonus, missions, promotions and social media contests. Competitor reviews report a GC-only sign-up bonus of a few thousand GC, so don't count on free SC at registration. Check the balance shown in your account.
First purchase
The promotions page offers 112,000 GC + 65 SC plus a Welcome Wheel spin for a first purchase of $20, as a limited-time offer [2]. The FAQ describes the same $20 deal as 40 SC plus a wheel spin, with another 25 SC through Power Boost credited daily over 8 days from the day after your purchase. The promotions page lists Power Boost as 52,000 GC + 25 SC unlocked by your first purchase. Both add up to 65 SC, but not all of it lands on day one.
The FAQ also lists a Prime+ Pass: a $44 monthly purchase that pays out 144 SC over 30 days through daily scratch cards, so you don't get the full amount on the day you buy.
Ongoing value
- Daily Bonus in the Bonus area, with rewards that grow the more days you log in
- Daily, weekly and themed missions with GC and SC rewards
- Tournaments, badges, prize drops and a monthly theme (October Treats this month)
- Season Pass, Bonus Boost and Special Offers listed on the promotions page
Prize Minimums & Timing
FAQ: typically up to 72 hours; rules: up to 3 business days pending, then up to 10 days to pay
100 SC (cash)
Reported purchase methods
Payment options can vary by account.
Redemption Routes & Speeds
| Route | Minimum | Speed | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank account | 100 SC | Up to 3 business days pending, then up to 10 days (rules) | Must be in your name |
| Debit card | 100 SC | Typically up to 72 hours (FAQ) | Named in the FAQ only |
You need 100 redeemable SC to request a cash prize, paid at $1 per SC. The rules say prizes go only to a bank account in your name. The FAQ says redemptions can only be made to a valid debit card registered in your name [3], so expect to use whichever option the cashier shows and have both ready. Zonko processes one request every 48 hours, can limit you to $2,000 per day, and caps redemptions at $40,000 per 30 rolling days. The rules also allow a processing fee, capped at the estimated cost of the payment.
On timing, the FAQ says the redemption period is typically up to 72 hours, weekends included, before your bank's own processing time. The rules are slower: every request sits in a pending period of up to 3 business days, and payment can then take up to 10 days. Payments over $2,000 can take longer and can be split into more than one payment. You can cancel a request during the pending period if you want to keep playing.
Before you redeem
- Upload a valid ID (passport or driving licence), proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and every payment method on your account. The FAQ asks you to mask the middle 8 digits of your card.
- Play your SC through at least once.
- Reach 100 redeemable SC and leave 48 hours between requests.
Floors and rails
Caveats for SweepsDuke readers
- Florida players can win at most 5,000 SC on a single play.
- The terms allow Zonko to ask for source of funds or source of wealth documents, such as a pay slip or bank statement.
- A chargeback on any purchase cancels pending redemptions and blocks future ones.
- Closing your account with less than 100 SC forfeits the balance.
Redemption evidence
We haven't completed a SweepsDuke redemption test at Zonko yet. Some competitor reviews and player reports describe slow or stalled redemptions, which we can't confirm without our own test. Prize-request walkthrough.
Games & Providers
"Hundreds" of social casino-style games from about 40 studios shown on the homepage
The homepage promises hundreds of social casino-style games with new titles added weekly. Its studio strip shows about 40 providers, including 3 Oaks Gaming, BGaming, Betsoft, Big Time Gaming, Habanero, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Playson, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming and Ruby Play [4]. Competitor reviews count roughly 500 games, mostly slots, with a few fishing and scratch card titles. We didn't count the lobby ourselves, and each game shows its own RTP in the game window.

Our Full Zonko Review
Zonko (zonko.com) is a US sweepstakes casino run by Mamba Limited, a company incorporated in the Isle of Man. Gold Coins (GC) are for fun play, and Sweepstakes Coins (SC) won in games can be redeemed for cash at $1 per SC. It's 18+, and the terms and the Official Sweepstakes Rules exclude 14 states, including California, New York and Tennessee.
SweepsDuke take: A fit if you're happy to buy the $20 first package for its 65 SC and can wait for a 100 SC bank payout. Skip it if you want free SC up front, gift cards, a low minimum or quick payouts. Overall 7.3 / 10.
How we checked this review (Oct 19, 2026) We read the Zonko Official Sweepstakes Rules, the Terms of Use (last updated September 17, 2026), the FAQ, the promotions page, the Responsible Gaming page and the homepage, and searched the App Store and Google Play for a Zonko app. We did not open an account, buy a package or request a prize, so this review has no SweepsDuke cash-out test yet. The public pages don't state a no-deposit amount, and the lobby is behind a login. Where the FAQ and the rules disagree, we follow the rules and say so. Scoring method: review methodology.

Who it's for / who should skip
Likely a fit if you plan to buy the $20 first package, you live in an open state, and you're fine waiting several days for a bank payout once you reach 100 SC.
Look elsewhere first if you want free SC at sign-up, gift cards, a lower minimum, fast redemptions or self-service safety tools, or you live in one of the 14 excluded states.

How Zonko works (GC and SC)
Zonko uses two balances, and the site also has an opt-in jackpot layer on eligible games.
Gold Coins (GC) are for fun play. You can buy GC packages, GC has no cash value, and the terms let you ask for small top-ups when your balance runs too low to play. GC expires after 60 days without GC play.
Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are free. The rules list the Daily Bonus, missions, prize drops, free scratchcards, social media giveaways, mail-in requests and bonus SC with GC purchases. SC must be played through once before it counts toward a redemption, and it expires after 60 days without SC play [1]. The rules also let Zonko stop selling GC packages that include SC while your SC balance is already high.
If you opt in to jackpots with the "Play for Jackpots" button, each qualifying stake costs an extra 0.10 SC and enters you for Mini, Major and Grand jackpots, plus a personal Piggy Bank pool. You can switch it off at any time.
| SC balance | Prize value | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 3 SC | $3 | One mail-in request |
| 65 SC | $65 | Total SC in the $20 first-purchase offer |
| 100 SC | $100 | Cash redemption minimum |

Complaints go by email with "COMPLAINT" in the subject line. If they aren't settled within 30 days, the terms send disputes to JAMS arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, with a $250 fee for players. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting the terms by emailing support with "ARBITRATION OPT OUT". Some earlier competitor reviews said Zonko had no live chat. We haven't contacted support ourselves.
US state availability
The Terms of Use and the Official Sweepstakes Rules both exclude California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington [5]. Some competitor reviews list 12 states and leave out Maine and Tennessee, so go by Zonko's own terms.
Oklahoma isn't on the list as of October 19, 2026, but a state ban on dual-currency sweepstakes play is due to take effect on November 1, 2026, and Zonko hasn't posted an exit date. The rules say that if a state bans sweepstakes play, Zonko won't honor unredeemed SC or mail-in entries there. Oklahoma players should redeem anything eligible early. See our Oklahoma guide.
Check your state guide, then the operator's current excluded-state list. Don't bypass location restrictions.
AMOE / free play
Zonko gives 3 SC per mailed request card. Get your 13-digit request code from the Sweepstakes Rules page while logged in, then handwrite a card in non-black ink (blue works) with your full name, the site URL, your return address, the code in the top left corner, your account email and the request statement from the rules. On the envelope, write your return address, the URL, the words "Sweepstakes Coins" and the code in the top left, and mail it in a stamped #10 envelope to C/O Zonko, PO Box 8217, Manchester, NH 03108.
Practical notes:
- One request card per envelope, postmarked from the state on your verified address.
- The card must arrive within 28 days of the code being issued.
- Illegible or copied cards are void.

Safety, ownership, KYC, and responsible play
Ownership
The site footer says zonko.com is owned and operated by Mamba Limited, incorporated in the Isle of Man, and the rules name Mamba Limited as sponsor. Zonko's pages don't publish a registered address or company number. The terms are governed by Delaware law. The same footer wording appears on Deal or No Deal Win, Amazon Jackpots and Spinfinite, and Deal or No Deal Win's rules use the same mail-in PO box and redemption caps.
Responsible play
The Responsible Gaming page offers daily or weekly purchase limits, a Take a Break for a period you choose, and self-exclusion for at least six months [6]. All three are requested by email to support with your full name, address and email, and they only start once Zonko confirms in writing. A pending redemption isn't processed during a break or self-exclusion. Sweepstakes play is entertainment, not income. If gambling-style play stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org. Also see /responsible-gaming/.
Reported ownership: Mamba. Read the operator profile and related reviews.

Zonko vs alternatives
Zonko's edge is the 65 SC first-purchase deal, the 3 SC mail-in reward, 1x playthrough and a wide studio list. Its weak spots are the missing no-deposit SC, the 100 SC cash floor, no gift cards, the 48-hour gap between requests and FAQ answers that don't match the rules. Deal or No Deal Win and Amazon Jackpots run on the same operator's rules. We haven't re-checked other brands for this update, so read their reviews for current figures.
