Mamba

The Terms of Use on the Zonko, Deal or No Deal Win and Amazon Jackpots sites all open the same way: they "form a binding agreement between You and Mamba Limited", which each site calls the "Sponsor". The footer of each site says the brand "is owned and operated by Mamba Limited, incorporated in Isle of Man." The Zonko Official Sweepstakes Rules name Mamba Limited as sponsor as well.

None of those pages print a company number or a street address. We searched the Isle of Man Companies Registry on 27 Oct 2026. It returns one live company with that name: Mamba Limited, number 023201V, a 2006 Act company incorporated on 9 Oct 2024 [1]. The same record shows a previous name, Spinfinite Limited. Spinfinite is also the name of a Mamba brand, and the Spinfinite site footer says it "is owned and operated by Mamba Limited, incorporated in Isle of Man." That earlier name is the reason we are confident 023201V is the right company and not one of the other Mamba entries on the register.

The registry search also lists Mamba Holdings Limited (022880V) and Mamba Trading Limited (022879V), both incorporated on 17 Sep 2025, and a business name, Mamba Play (031472B), registered on 30 Dec 2025 [1]. The free search does not show shareholders, so we can't say whether these are part of the same group. Older companies called Mamba Limited and Mamba Holdings Limited on the register are dissolved.

Mamba also runs a corporate website. Its home page says "Operated by Mamba" and lists 12 brands, and names CogniPlay as the platform provider. We don't link it, because it is a casino-group site.

• Zonko scores 7.3/10 in our review. The first-purchase offer is $20 for 112,000 GC + 65 SC plus a Welcome Wheel spin, per the promotions page, and the FAQ splits the SC into 40 now and 25 over 8 days. Cash redemptions start at 100 SC.
• Deal or No Deal Win scores 7.4/10. It has the same $20 first-purchase pack and the same 100 SC cash minimum, plus a Stars balance for the in-site store.
• Amazon Jackpots scores 6.9/10. Same pack, same 100 SC cash floor, and the same 14 excluded states.

Mamba's own list adds Peak Spins, Big Top Slots, Spinsly, 1uckyduck, Jackpots Vegas, Neon Rush, Spinszy, Slotomo and Spinfinite. We have not reviewed those, so we don't list scores or offers for them.

All three reviewed brands use Gold Coins for fun play and Sweepstakes Coins for prize play. GC can be bought and SC can't. Our reviews value 1 SC at $1. The Zonko rules say that if an account holds fewer than the "minimum (100) Sweepstakes Coins required for redemption of any Prize", the player is not entitled to a prize, and that SC from free methods must be played through once before they count. In our reviews, payouts go to a bank account in the player's name, and the free mail-in route pays 3 SC per request card.

None of the three publishes a no-deposit SC amount on its public pages. The terms set the minimum age at 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

Section 3.4 of the Zonko, Deal or No Deal Win and Amazon Jackpots terms uses the same list. You must not live in or play from Washington, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, Montana, Delaware, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, California, Tennessee, Indiana or Maine, or from outside the US. The Zonko sweepstakes rules repeat the same 14 states.

Oklahoma is not on that list as of 27 Oct 2026, and none of the three sites has posted an exit date. Oklahoma's ban on dual-currency sweepstakes play takes effect on 1 Nov 2026. If you play from Oklahoma, check the terms again before that date, and see our Oklahoma guide.

We checked the regulator lists that cover most of the 2025 and 2026 actions against sweepstakes casinos:

• The Illinois Gaming Board's cease-and-desist list, dated 4 Feb 2026, has no letter to Zonko, Deal or No Deal Win, Amazon Jackpots or Mamba [2].
• The Tennessee Attorney General's list of about 40 platforms that got letters in December 2025 does not include any Mamba brand [3].
• The New York Attorney General's June 2025 list of 26 platforms does not include them either [4]. New York is on all three brands' excluded list anyway.

Mamba Limited was only incorporated in October 2024, so most of these actions predate its brands. Absence from these lists is not the same as approval by any state.

• Company number. The brand terms only say "Mamba Limited, incorporated in Isle of Man". The registry number comes from our registry search and the Spinfinite former name, not from the terms.
• FAQ and promotions page. Our reviews found that the FAQ on each site describes the first-purchase pack differently from the promotions page, and that the rules say cash goes to a bank account while the FAQ mentions a debit card.
• Group ownership. The registry shows several Mamba companies, but the free search does not say who owns them.
