How we know who runs it
- The terms name Social Gaming LLC and Social Gaming LTD as the operators.
- The Louisiana Gaming Control Board's illegal operators list includes "Social Gaming, LLC" [3].
- Maryland wrote to Fortune Coins in May 2024 by email to the Fortune Coins legal address, at 10-8707 Dufferin Street, Thornhill, PO Box #173, Ontario [1].
- Illinois wrote to Fortune Coins at 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Wilmington, DE 19808, by email to the Fortune Coins support and legal addresses and an info address on a Blazesoft domain [2].
Links to Blazesoft and other sites
The Illinois letter copied an email address on a Blazesoft domain, and the Louisiana list also names "Blazesoft Ltd." as a separate entry [3]. Illinois sent its American Luck letter to the same Blazesoft address [2].
The Fortune Wins terms share their structure and wording with the American Luck terms (SGSE LLC) and the Luck Party terms (SPSE LLC). All three define an "Excluded Territory" in section 1.1.6, and their changelogs record the same section updates on 31 Jul 2026. All three also choose the laws of Ontario, Canada, as the governing law, although each US company gives a Delaware address. Our Luck Party review groups these brands as a "Priority Play" family.
Neither the Fortune Wins terms nor a registry record we opened says Blazesoft or Priority Play owns Social Gaming LLC. We treat the link as likely but unconfirmed, and keep separate pages for Social Gaming, SGSE and SPSE.
Brands and our review
- Fortune Wins scores 7.6/10 in our review. The day 1 welcome is 600,000 GC, 1,000 Fortune Coins and 20 free spins, and our review puts the full first-week total at 3,000,000 GC and 3,000 Fortune Coins. The minimum redemption is 5,000 Fortune Coins ($50). It is 18+ in the US and 19+ in Canada.
Where Fortune Wins is available
The terms define the Excluded Territory as Washington, California, New York, Michigan and Idaho, the provinces of Ontario and Quebec, and anywhere outside the US and Canada. The changelog shows Michigan added on 10 Jan 2024, and California and New York added on 8 Jun 2026.
Our review lists a longer set of 15 states for Fortune Coins play: CA, CT, DE, ID, IL, IN, LA, ME, MI, MT, NV, NJ, NY, TN and WA. That list comes from the eligibility rules, which we did not reopen for this page.
Oklahoma is not named in the terms we read. SB 1589 takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 [5]. We have not seen a Fortune Wins notice about Oklahoma, so check the site before you play there.
Regulatory history
- Maryland: the Lottery and Gaming Control Agency's letter of 7 May 2024 says Fortune Coins was offering online gaming in Maryland without a license, and asked for a reply by 31 May 2024 [1].

- State lists. The terms exclude five US states. Our review lists 15 states where Fortune Coins play is not offered. The two lists cover different things, so read both.
