Who SPSE is
The Luck Party Terms and Conditions of Use (version 1.5, published 14 Oct 2026) say that "SPSE LLC" with the business address at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808 operates the website and services in the Permitted Territory. The terms say SPSE LLC owns the site content and that the laws of Ontario, Canada, govern the agreement. Unlike the American Luck terms, they do not mention a mobile app.
SGSE LLC, which runs American Luck, uses the same Wilmington address. We did not check a public registry for SPSE on this run, so we can't give its state of formation, filing number or owners.
How we know who runs it
The only source that names the operator is the Luck Party terms. We found no Illinois, Maryland, Tennessee or Louisiana record for Luck Party or SPSE.
Links to Blazesoft and other sites
The Luck Party terms share their template with the American Luck terms (SGSE LLC) and the Fortune Wins terms (Social Gaming LLC). The three use the same section numbering, define the Excluded Territory in section 1.1.6, choose Ontario law and log the same section changes on 31 Jul 2026.
Illinois copied an email address on a Blazesoft domain on its letters to American Luck [1] and Fortune Coins, and the Louisiana illegal operators list names "Blazesoft Ltd." [2]. No source names Blazesoft in connection with Luck Party.
Our Luck Party review calls SPSE part of a "Priority Play family" and lists Fortune Wins, Zula, Sportzino and American Luck as sisters. The terms say nothing about a group. We list only Luck Party here and keep SGSE and Social Gaming on separate pages until a filing shows common ownership.
Brands and our review
- Luck Party scores 7.6/10 in our review. Our review says it launched in December 2025 and is 18+. The sign-up offer is listed as up to 200,000 GC and up to 20 SC, and the minimum redemption as about 50 SC. Both figures are research snapshots, so check the site before you rely on them.
Where Luck Party is available
The terms define the Excluded Territory as Washington, Idaho, California, New York and Michigan, plus anywhere outside the US.
The changelog also records changes to a "restricted territory": Illinois on 5 Jun 2026, and Maine and Indiana on 23 Jun 2026. Those three states are not in the Excluded Territory list we read, which suggests a second, longer list for Sweeps Coins play in the eligibility rules. We did not open that document.
Oklahoma is not named in the terms. SB 1589 takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 [3]. We have not seen a Luck Party notice about Oklahoma, so check the site before you play there.
Regulatory history
We found no cease-and-desist letter or list entry for Luck Party or SPSE LLC in the Illinois, Maryland, Tennessee or Louisiana records we checked.
