Who SGSE is
The American Luck Terms and Conditions of Use (version 1.5, published 11 Sep 2026) say that "SGSE LLC" with the business address at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808 operates the website, mobile app and services in the Permitted Territory. The terms say all content is owned by SGSE LLC and that the agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
The same address appears in the terms of other operators we cover, including SPSE LLC (Luck Party), so it may be a shared registered-agent address rather than an office. We did not check a public registry for SGSE on this run, so we can't give its state of formation or filing number.
How we know who runs it
Links to Blazesoft and other sites
Illinois copied the same Blazesoft email address on its Fortune Coins letter [3], and the Louisiana illegal operators list names "Blazesoft Ltd." [4]. The American Luck terms use the same template as the Fortune Wins terms (Social Gaming LLC) and the Luck Party terms (SPSE LLC): the same section numbers, the same Excluded Territory clause and the same 31 Jul 2026 changelog entry. All three pick Ontario law.
Our Luck Party review calls these brands a "Priority Play" family, and Sanity lists Priority Play as the company for American Luck. Neither name appears in the American Luck terms. We treat the link as likely but unconfirmed, and keep Social Gaming and SPSE on their own pages until a filing or the terms say who owns them.
Brands and our review
- American Luck scores 7.6/10 in our review. The homepage banner offers 70,000 GC plus 6 SC with no purchase. The minimum redemption is 50 SC, paid to a bank account or a Visa virtual card. A mail-in request earns 5 SC. It is 18+, or the age of majority if higher.
Where American Luck is available
The terms define the Excluded Territory as Washington, Idaho, New York, California and Michigan, plus anywhere outside the US. The changelog says California and New York were added on 24 Jun 2026.
Our review adds that the Sweepstakes Rules also bar Sweeps Coins play in Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey and Tennessee. In those states you can play with Gold Coins only.
Oklahoma is not named in the terms. SB 1589 takes effect on 1 Nov 2026 [5]. We have not seen an American Luck notice about Oklahoma, so check the site before you play there.
Regulatory history
- Tennessee: the Attorney General's 29 Dec 2025 release lists American Luck among the sites that received cease-and-desist letters and said they would comply [2]. Tennessee is on the Sweeps Coins exclusion list in our review.
- Illinois: the Gaming Board's letter is dated 4 Feb 2026. Staff said they saw slots offered to Illinois users on 15 Jan 2026 [1]. Our review lists Illinois as a state without Sweeps Coins play.

Where the sources disagree
- Owner name. The terms name only SGSE LLC. Illinois copied a Blazesoft email, and our Luck Party review uses the label Priority Play. None of these sources says which company owns SGSE.
- Two state lists. The terms block accounts in five states. Our review lists ten more where Sweeps Coins play is not offered.
